Farmer S.p.A. is a company that produces and markets premixes, complementary feeds and additives for the main categories of yield animals.
Farmer S.p.A. was set up in the sixties, thanks to a private group’s initiative, in the province of Mantova, in the middle of the Po valley.
Long-term and methodically planned investments oriented to the evaluation of human resources, production technology and services development, enabled Farmer S.p.A. to face new markets and enter ten different countries, becoming one of the most representative companies in the sector.
The achievement of the Quality Management System Certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001 and, later on, the obtainment of the Traceability System in Agrifood Industries according to UNI 11020 (the first one of the sector in Italy) are evidences of the clear mission of Farmer S.p.A.
The enforcement of a peculiar management system allows Farmer S.p.A. to meet customers’ needs supplying only products in conformity with the rules provided for the above explained certifications.
Very important to the growth of its own technical and commercial strategy, has been the application of the computer science for the creation of specific management software programs offered to customers to manage and optimize the results in their farms, according to the nutritional and environment rules and to food safety.
